William D. Heagy

William “Bill” D. Heagy, age 69, of Lawrence, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

Born on December 5, 1954, he was the son of the late Dolores and Paul Heagy.

Loving husband of 35 years to Brenda Flynn Heagy; beloved father of Melodie (Daniel) Lindsay and Danielle (Stephen) Kretschman; adored grandpa of Elizabeth Lindsay, Annabelle and Amelia Kretschman; dear brother of Gary (Viki) Heagy and the late Paul (Lynn) Heagy; also survived by a niece and nephews.

Bill was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, fly fishing and hunting. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, May 9, 2024 from 4-7 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 10:30 am at the funeral home.
