Terry's care, friendship and kindness toward my mother in her last years, and even last hours, will never be forgotten. Terry's family and friends will be in my prayers with hope that they will find the same comfort that Terry extended to my mother and me.

I am so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I knew him when he worked in the mail room at South Side Hospital in the early 1980's. He was such a pleasure to work with. Terry made each day brighter with his ready smile and friendly greeting. He lifted everyone's spirits just by his presence. He will be missed.
