Amyiah Hazlewood, age 6, of St. Albans, WV passed away on December 10, 2019.
She was born on July 14, 2013 in Charleston, WV.
Amyiah was the beloved daughter of Richard and Teresa Hazlewood. loving sister of Cameron, Ashley, Anthony, Jessica and Randy.
She was a beautiful child who plays in God’s playground now. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
