Georgie was my very first friend. I lived a few houses away from him. I am 77, a little older but we used to play together all the time. My mom took both Georgie and me to see "Snow White." I think that may have been the first movie he saw. He sang "Hi Ho, Hi Ho, And Off to Work We Go" for a month after that. His mom and my mom were friends. I wonder if his sister or brother remember me. His grandmother was one special "lady." Everyone in East Canonsburg respected her. Georgie was my special friend, even though I was a white girl. He was special. I'm sure he is with his God now and will be missed. Lorraine
