Janet L. Emerick

Janet L. Emerick passed away peacefully at her farm in Economy Borough on October 21,2021 to be with her late husband, Ed Emerick, son Rick, parents Helen and Richard Zehnder and sister Eleanor Ritchie. Janet and her husband showed Tennessee Walking Horses for 30 years belonging to Interstate , Intercounty and Penn-Ohio assocs. They  also owned and raced horses at the Meadows Race Track  for 30 more years and were a member of the USTA. She is survived by a son Jeffrey: Daughter-in-law Linda ( Rick’s widow ) Grandsons -Christopher , Evan, and Brian (Nicole ) Great grandchildren -Katie , Kyle, and Cole. She was so loved and will be in our hearts forever. Arrangements entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, Robinson Twp.
