Albert A. Abbott, 82 of Robinson Township, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023. He was born in Pittsburgh on June 1, 1941, the son of the late John and Bertha Abbott. Beloved husband of Margaret; most loving father of Arnell Abbott; brother to cherished sisters Mary Ann Abbott, Loretta (Duane) Fowler, Emma Jean (James) Hutton, Peggy (the late Mickey) LaRocka, Kathy Hutchins, Tammy (Drew) Toth, and adored brother the late Charles Abbott; also, many treasured nieces and nephews, in laws, and friends.

Albert was a proud Harley Davidson owner, while also an avid antique car collector with unrivaled knowledge of cars and all things mechanical. He was a self-taught, jack of all trades with a wealth of expertise and skill sets that he often used to help his family and friends. He even appeared in an episode of Mister Rogers, as a crane operator. He loved attending car cruises, visiting family, taking his daughter out on motorcycle rides, and he never missed a Monday night with his friends at the neighborhood diner, but one of his favorite places to be was in Florida, visiting all of the Disney amusement parks with his family.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, the 24th at 10 am at Archangel Gabriel Parish, Holy Trinity Church, 5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
