Bette L. Dummer (DeWitt)

Bette L. Dummer (DeWitt), age 92, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully with family by her side on December 4, 2023.

Born on June 15, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Lena and Henry Miklic.

Loving mother of Scott DeWitt, Terry (Kathy) DeWitt and Penny (Pat McGrogan) Anderson; cherished grandmother of Heather (Erik) Colaizzi, whom she raised,  Ashley (Steve) Byrd, Michael (Katie) DeWitt and the late Amy DeWitt; great grandmother of Erika, Harper, and Ella Colaizzi, Ridge and Josie DeWitt, Steve, Bryson and Liam Byrd; dear sister of Jean Scott, Henry Lee Miklic, the late Helen Heitzer, Ruth Whitener and Ralph Miklic. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bette loved her dogs, Brandy and Heidi. She enjoyed watching TV, especially the Game Show Network, Food Network, and Friends.   She was a devoted mother, who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
