Dear Rick and Family, Cherie was a wonderful, caring person. She was my good friend for over 40 years, and I will miss her terribly. We worked together both at the high school and at Aiken Elementary, and she was always a dedicated teacher who loved her students. I loved the 23 years that we shared theater tickets together and how we would talk all the way into and out of town on those theater days. I don't know why God chose to take her so early, and I pray she is at peace in His care. Also I pray that with God's help and the help of family and friends you will find peace. Always keep in your hearts all the wonderful memories you have of Cherie as a wife, mother and grandmother. She was a special person. We both send you our prayers and sympathy.

Dear family of Cherie, It is with sadness that I learned of the transition of your very special wife, mother, grandmother Cherie. She was always such an outstanding person who cared greatly about her family, students and friends. It was a pleasure working with her at Keystone Oaks , and everyone admired her leadership and valued her friendship. Blessings to all of you.
