I will forever miss Jim's bright and cheerful smile and laugh. His great support and words of encouragement gave me strength, interest, and motivation in continuing the fight for the release of Zeke Goldblum. Jim's long-term and sincere interest, caring, and enthusiasm was downright contagious! I am forever grateful for the kindness and inspiration he afforded me. I will sorely miss him and always remember and cherish our friendship and collaboration. My thoughts and prayers to Ginny and the family.

Ginny and Family, Extending our deepest sympathy in the loss of Jim and your loved one. What a great guy and great neighbor. Always enjoyed our neighborhood gatherings at DiBlasio's Restaurant for double stuffed porkchop night. Thanks for your service to this great country of ours and your many years of service to the City of Pittsburgh as a police officer. You will be missed by many whose lives you have touched throughout the years. Rest in peace Buddy as you fought a good battle to the very end. End of Watch...May 5. 2018. We will miss you. We remember when our uncle Tom Short and Ramsey would shine the lites from the patrol car at our window to see if it was not to late for a Fresh cup of coffee .He was a great guy and some funny stories from them 2. RIP...

My heart is sad today as well. I agree with my brother Chris, our Uncle Jim could make us laugh. He always seem to say what people were thinking but to afraid to say. I remember a time I was home for a visit and he invited us to his house to watch the Steelers games in his man cave. I'd forgotten how crazy Pitts-burgers get when the Steelers start to lose a game. We would laugh so hard as he screamed at the TV screen like the players could hear him. Or the time he started a food fight with his sisters, my mom and Aunt Judy during one of our Thanksgiving dinners and my grandmother yelled at them like they were teenagers. We laughed as she made them clean up their mess. Or the pizza shop and the unlimited quarters him and Aunt Ginny would give us to play the pin ball machine. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt Ginny. Much love, Kevin and Tracey
