I had the privilege of working with Jarrod at Aires and always appreciated his assistance, friendliness and warmth. Jarrod impacted all of those he worked with, not only through work contributions but also with his positive and kind presence, an unusual gift for someone so young. My heartfelt sympathies go out to his family and loved ones. You all contributed to making him the very special person he was.

Our Aires family will not be the same without Jarrod…he was so loved and adored by all of us in the Houston office. I can’t remember a time he wasn’t there to help me and he always did so with a smile and kind word. I often joked with Jarrod there was a reason I don’t work in IT because I’m technically challenged and he was always so patient and helpful. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time. Jarrod will forever be in our hearts.

My deepest sympathies to Kenny and Rebecca and Kristina and to all of us who knew, worked with and loved Jarrod. He was a "go to" guy as so many people have commented at Aires and also I heard so many times about his ever present smile. You always felt good when Jarrod was around and also you always knew that whatever you needed him for, he was going to be there, going to get it done and leave you with a smile. Words can't express how sad we all are with his passing. He will help us put our own lives in perspective and help us grow better and stronger for having known him. God must have had better plans for him and I know one thing; he will have heaven running well in no time. He will be missed by all.
