John Richard Stemler

John Richard Stemler, age 73 of Rankin, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on September 24th, 2023. He is the beloved husband of the late Peggy Stemler. He was born on December 14th, 1949, in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of the late John and Anna Stemler. He is the beloved father of Joan (Christopher) Beers. Loving grandfather to Kristiana and Christopher Beers Jr.. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

John worked proudly for many years as a volunteer firefighter at multiple fire departments throughout the Pittsburgh area. He loved watching sports and spending his free time at the casino. Time spent with his family was most important to him.

All services will be private and entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
