Joseph had a long and fulfilling career with PENNDOT until his early retirement, due to illness, in 2010. In his retired years, he loved going out to breakfast with friends and family, traveling with his wife, and betting the ponies with his buddies. He was a friend to all that he met and his generosity and kindness will live on in the memories of all that knew him.

Family and friends will be received from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, and Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136.
