Mary Louise Chaney, 82 of Robinson Township, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Jerome Chaney. Born on June 25, 1941, in Jeannette, PA she is the daughter of the late Michael and Mary F. Kowick. Loving mother of Marlene Capretti; cherished grandmother of Mark (Sammy Jo) Reamer and Michael (Adrienne Tunstall) Capretti; great grandmother to her very loved Layla Grace Capretti.
Aside from being a homemaker, Mary was a former Nurse’s Aide with her last place of employment being Little Sisters of the Poor. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses at St. Clair Hospital and a very special thank you to Gallagher Hospice.
A gathering of family and friends will take place on Monday, July 17, 2023, from 12 – 2 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136. Immediately following the gathering, a service will be held at 2 pm at the funeral home.
