Melanie Pearl Riggans, age 57 of Washington, PA passed away on April 20, 2020. Born on April 15, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Viola and James Morris. Loving fiancee of William Miller. Cherished mother to Christopher (Amy) Riggans and Jacob (Denise Snavely) Riggans. Dear grandmother to Christian and Shaler Riggans. Loving sister seven siblings. Melanie will also be missed by several nieces, nephews and other friends and family.
Melanie enjoyed arts and crafts and shopping. She also loved to sing and dance, but she most importantly cherished the time she spent with her grandkids. Melanie will be dearly missed.
