Neal R Patterson, born May 31st 1949 passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 9th 2023, at the age of 73.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years Virginia; Father of Charlene (Chris) and Leah; Pap Pap of Isabella and Cooper. He is the son of the late Leonard and Bernice Patterson; Brother of Janet, Linda (Gary), Lenny (Lynn); Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Neal served with the U.S. Army and was stationed in Di An, Vietnam from 1968-1972. Neal was a dedicated, hard worker his whole life. He was a member of Teamsters 249 since 1978. Before retiring he was a driver for Pepsi Cola, Independent Owner Operator and he also drove for Talon Logistics-O K Grocery. After retiring, he worked for Bobby Rahal BMW, Canonsburg as a concierge driver. Throughout his life he was a landlord and property owner for over 35 years. Those that knew him knew he loved his big trucks and was wild about his cars. He enjoyed watching all sports and being outside whether it was taking care of his lawn, or sitting in the driveway in his chair. He will be missed and all will cherish his memories. 

Family and friends are welcome on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 2-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546.  All are welcome to A burial with full military honors at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Rd., Bridgeville, PA 15017 on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 10:30 am. Everybody meet at the cemetery.
