Dear Neil Family, I also worked with Patrick at the PA Turnpike Commission. I enjoyed Patrick's friendship and kindness and also his wealth of jokes and puns! May the Lord be with all of your family and friends and be everything that you need. Cheryl Wilday

Elena, Olivia, Gina, Irene, and the entire Neil family, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Pat. Pat and I became life long friends at the Penn State New Kensington campus and then we were roommates at Penn State main campus. I am blessed to have so many great memories of Pat. Pat and I shared going through Civil Engineering classes and I was always jealous of how smart and intuitive Pat was. May God's light shine upon all of you and let Pat's music sing louder in heaven. I will miss Pat.
