Your mom was a great lady with a big heart. We only met her a few times, but exchanged Christmas cards every year without fail. She will truly be missed by all those fortunate to have met her!

My heartfelt sympathy to the Burgess family for your loss. May you find comfort and peace from the encouraging words of John 11:11, 21-25, 40-44. It is a preview of what you can look forward to in the future.

Dear Lisa and Family, Over the close to 20 years we lived next door to Phyllis she was a constant and gracious - and fun - presence in our lives. It was just so good to be on our patio and look up to see her working in her garden, and to hail one another spring, summer and fall with news, ideas and sometimes just plain nonsense to share. Overall, Phyllis was a comfort and companion in our neighborhood life together, and we miss her dearly. Our wish for you is to sense her caring spirit, as we will, while continuing life’s earthly journey, secure in the knowledge that now Phyllis is tending God’s heavenly garden. Respectfully, Jeff and Mary Dunbar
