I am truly saddened to hear of Todd's passing. He was highly regarded as an engineer and well-respected as a manager. It was such a pleasure working with him. It is a tragedy that a man of such character and talent was taken so young. My sincere condolences to the family.

Todd was truly one of the ”good guys” who I am honored to call my friend. It was a pleasure to work for and with him for many years. Rest With God Todd. Praying for peace and understanding for the family

Growing up in Pittsburgh there were 3 men that I looked up to as the prototypical father figure that I wanted to be one day. Obviously my own father was one of them, but Mr Burg was another. He was always calm, cool tempered, quick witted, and had a cordial demeanor. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of the Burgs during this difficult time.

I worked with Todd for over 20 years. He was a smart engineer and a very effective manager who could articulate his thoughts quite well. I always valued Todd’s perspective on issues because of his wisdom and because he always gave you a straight answer. Todd was a good man, who will be missed very much.

Dear Bev and Family, my condolences to all of you during this difficult time. I admired your husband and father as a person and manager. I really did not work directly with Todd, but, had the utmost respect for him as he treated everyone with respect. Todd was a terrific engineer and a great man. He was a great role model for all of us during his time at Bettis. Rest In Peace Todd, God Bless.
