Gayla Marie Chaney, age 57 of Canonsburg, PA passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020. Born on April 21, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Faye and Albert Sochor. Beloved wife to James Chaney for 30 years. Loving mother to Amanda (Will) Clark Johnson, James (Jessica) Chaney, Jr., and Angel (Karac Stimmel) Chaney. Cherished grandmother to Will Johnson, Katanah Johnson, Galilyn Stimmel, Karac Stimmel, Laila May Chaney and Jaylynn Dawn Chaney. Loving sister to Randy (Rose) Sochor and Raymond (Alissa Fahlor) Sochor. She was preceded in death by her brother Ronnie Pearce.
Gayla enjoyed bingo and vacationing in Daytona Beach, FL. She will also be dearly missed by her friend Buddy McCullaugh. She enjoyed chatting with people on the internet, kayaking and fishing and watching soap operas.
