William “Ogre” Johnston

William “Ogre” Johnston, age 74, of Washington, PA, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2024, with his daughter by his side. Born on July 27, 1949, he was the son of the late Robert M. and Gwendolyn C. Johnston.

Beloved father of Jennifer (Stephen) McMullen Nardi.

Ogre was a member of the American Legion Post 175 of Washington, PA, as a son. He was a motorcycle enthusiast. Ogre was the original secretary of the Second Brigade Motorcycle Club, W Chapter, and belonged to several other motorcycle groups over his lifetime. He will be missed dearly by his brothers and sisters.

Per Ogre’s request, there will be no services. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. All arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
