He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 3, 1961, the son of the late Mary Lou and Arthur McGowan, Sr. Loving father of Rebecca McGowan and brother of Tim McGowan. Private arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
