Stormy Rae Palmer age 25 of Washington, PA passed away unexpectidly April 24, 2017. Born on November 1, 1991 she was the loving daughter of Joyce Hursh and Edward Zerby.
Wife of William Palmer; cherished mother of Aryana Palmer and Dominik Reynolds; dear sister of Randy Reynolds and Amber Reynolds; adored aunt of Caleb, Brandon, and Alexander; also survived by many aunts and uncles.
Stormy was a devoted student at Westmoreland County Community College studying Criminal Justice.
