Rita Bodner

Rita Bodner, age 84, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2017. A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, she Is survived by her three children, Karen, Mark, and Julia, and her two grandchildren, Wesley and Grace. Rita was a pioneer in bringing computers into medical practices and clinics paving the way for the automation they use today. She was a well-known figure in the Art and Crafts community known for her creative and unique art. An avid reader, she was an active participant in many programs at local libraries. Also a lover of music, she played the organ at several local churches. Per her wishes there will be no public ceremony. She will be missed by her family and friends.
