Deborah Ann Bowen, age 54 of Washington, PA formerly of Mon Valley, PA passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018. Born on December 4, 1963, she is the daughter of Claudia and the late James Fine. Loving mother to Kristyn (Shawn Scears) Bowen.
