Ann Ruth Arrington Isbell

Ann Ruth Arrington Isbell, age 80 of Canonsburg, PA formerly of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, went to God on September 21, 2019. Ann was Born on January 6, 1939 in Rocky Mount, North Carolina was the daughter of the late Clarence Arrington and Fannie Battle Arrington.

Ann graduated Valedictorian from Nashville High School, Rocky Mount, North Carolina. A Protestant by faith, she was a member of Abyssinian Evangelical Church where she worked as a secretary.

She gave birth to seven children and survived by five children, Brenda D. Isbell, Stephanie M. Harrison, Gwendolyn Biggins, Keith E. Isbell and Bridgette Arrington. Twelve grandchildren, Antonia E. Glaze, Monique R. Ferguson, Shawnte Devontae, Gwendolyn Cincinnati, Glenda M. Isbell, Unique T. Lacks, Patrick E. Isbell, Amanda P. Isbell, Grace Isbell and Isiah K. Newman Isbell. Thirteen great-grandchildren, Caiden A. Ferguson, Corey T. Glaze, Kyree J. Ferguson, Shayla, Kayla, Mayla and Ramon Devontae, Hailey Lacks and Charles and Amira Isbell. One sister, Lula Belle Macklin, two brothers, Clarence Arrington, Jr. and William Arrington; a host of Nieces, nephews and many other relatives.

She enjoyed reading, cooking and doing community service. She was a general steward in life and will deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
