Barbara J. DeFazio, age 74 of Pittsburgh, PA passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Friday, June 12, 2020. Born on March 29, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Ruth M. and Frank S. Shaffer, Jr. Loving mother Maria (Christopher) Zera. Cherished Grammie to Chloe and Kelsey Zera.
Barbara will be dearly missed by her family and her loving companion, her dog Mikey. She will be dearly missed by all.
A private gathering will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136.
