Maddox Kaline Markel passed away peacefully in the arms of his parents on August 26th, 2020. He was born on August 19th, 2020 at 9:14AM at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Maddox was the son of Zachary and Alison Markel of Harrisburg, PA.
He is survived by his paternal grandparents – Ralph and Darla Markel of Elizabethville, PA; his maternal grandparents – Nick and Kim Keplinger of Upper Tract, WV, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Maddox gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on Earth. We miss him immensely, but we know he is pain-free watching over us all from above.
In lieu of flowers, Maddox’s parents would love for donations to be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh, PA, in remembrance of Maddox. Maddox has been cremated so that he can always be with his mommy and daddy. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
