Joseph “JoJo” Andy, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on October 21, 2023. At JoJo’s request there is to be no obituary. A celebration of his life will be held and announced at a later date.
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of JoJo. I first met JoJo when he, Marianne, and I were advisors for Junior Achievement in the late 1970's. I can't even begin to say how much fun we all had doing this together for so many years. JoJo had his video gameroom for many, many years. I think he knew every one of his patrons by name. Everything he did in life was out of love for others. I always enjoyed the evenings that Marianne would have a friend over and we all played 500 or Trivial Pursuit for hours and hours. Anytime you were with JoJo, you couldn't help but laugh and have a great time. He loved life and I learned so much from him. It is sad how as we get older, most of us get separated by distance, but we keep each other close at heart and in memories. My deepest sympathy goes out to Marianne and the Andy family. The world truly lost a beautiful person.
