Herb was an accomplished athlete and starred as quarterback on the Westminster Titans football team. He proudly worked at Christy Park Industries, where he retired as Director of Human Resources. Herb’s pride came from his wife and two daughters, along with being a grandfather, which gave him immense joy. The security and happiness of his family were his life’s goal; a goal which he certainly accomplished. Herb enjoyed a good party, was a sports enthusiast, world traveler, loved the sun and beach, enjoyed taking walks, and reading about sports and travel. Herb was a devoted member of John McMillan Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed helping and spending time on activities, events, and various philanthropies.

Herb will be remembered as a man with a huge, kind heart that advocated selflessly for family, friends, and neighbors and remembered by his children as the best Dad anyone could wish for.
A Celebration of Life will be held at John McMillan Presbyterian Church on a date to be determined . Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, McMurray, PA.
