CLARK A. MERLING JR.

Clark A. Merling Jr., 91, of Elizabeth Forward, PA, passed away October 7th, 2023. Born on May 4th, 1932, he was the son of the late Clark and Mary Iva (Stover) Merling. Beloved husband of Marilyn L. (Minda) Merling. Loving father to Clark Merling III, Kirk (Renee) Merling, Sherry (Neil) Traurig, and Kerry (Ken) Milcarzyk. Brother to Paul David (Stephanie) Merling. Blessed grandfather to numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Clark was preceded in death by his brother Jack Merling.

The legacy that Clark leaves behind is one where his loved ones remember him as a great outdoorsman. He was also a 3rd 2nd degree past Grandmaster of the Stephen Bayard Lodge #526.

Clark was also a proud Ironworker for over 50 years with Local 3, during this time he also founded and operated Clark Merling Excavation.

All services will be private. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
