I was a young Police Officer (assigned to zone 5) when i started my career in the City of Pittsburgh. Dave was one of our supervisors back in the very early 90's. He was a great person, and I remember how he took all of us under his wing. He was a great individual and a fantastic boss. I am very sorry for your loss. I will always remember him.
