Donald “Rocco” Pope, age 68, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2023.
Born on July 22, 1954, he was the son of the late Gertrude and Albert Pope.
Loving husband of Beth Ann Pope; cherished father of Donald (Kristin) Pope, Michael (Lauren) Pope and Andrew Pope; grandfather of Madelyne Taylor, Nash Pope, Colt Pope, Rayna Pope and Jax Pope; Brother of the late Grace (Arthur) Vowinckel, late Albert (Ruby) Pope, Rosemarie (Donald) DePellegrini, Richard (the late Mary Ann) Pope; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donald lived a joyful life and loved being at the beach in the sun. He was an avid music lover. Most of all he cherished spending time with his family and friends. Everyone that knew him, loved him and he will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Donald’s life will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Spencer United Methodist Church, 117 Spencer Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
