I have such wonderful memories of Aunt Flo. She has been one of several strong women in my life that I admire. She always knew her mind and was steadfast in her faith and to her family. Such warm memories of holidays at the Merritt home, she always had a warm inviting home. I also remember taking road trips and enjoying camping with all the family. She had to be exhausted from all the planning for so many but never showed it. She could certainly be tough and feisty which I found very endearing. My mom and Aunt Flo were friends for so many decades and were so cute together. I always remember how she treated Uncle Bob and I learned a lot about how a good marriage works from watching them both treat each other with love and respect. What a legacy she leaves of raising so many children. I know you we will all miss her.
