Mary “Polly” Dykes

Mary “Polly” Dykes, 70 of Hookstown, PA, passed away on November 1, 2023. She was born in McKees Rocks, PA on March 7, 1953, the daughter of the late Charles P. and Olive F. Fichter and wife of the late Harry Lee Dykes, Jr. She is the beloved mother of Tammy (Michael) Ulizzi, Tanya (Sean) Price and Nicole Cersosimo. Sister of Wayne (Janet) Fichter, Kathy (Gerald) Parrott; stepmother of the late Jessica Dykes, Harry Lee Dykes III and Angela (Dakon) Moore. She is the loving grandmother of Tyler, Sean, Mikayla, Michael, Gianna, Anthony and Peyton. She also leaves behind her beloved pets Rosemary and Tramp.

Polly loved animals and nature and enjoyed painting. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends are welcome on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 10 am until the time of service at 12 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136, (412) 787-1800.
