Nato was the nicest person I have ever met. He treated everyone he came across with respect and kindness. He could be so soft spoken it was almost impossible to understand what he was saying haha. We are all better for having had him in our lives. I love him and miss him terribly. I know he wouldn't have wanted us to wallow in misery, instead he would want us to celebrate his life. It's so difficult but I'll try. Miss you man..

Nato, I don't know what to even say. This is all such tragedy none of us expected. Having spent time more time with him over these last few months I've grown to just love him so much. I'm sorry for all of you that are suffering but please know he would want us all to live on. His presence is still around us because I seen it today and felt it. Be grateful for your loved ones and hug them a little tighter during this time. Xoxo I love you to the moon and back ???

Barb- As a mother, my heart aches for you..so far beyond that which words could do justice. The way your face would always light up when speaking of your precious baby...your world...your Nato. It was truly a beautiful sight. If only every child could be blessed with the unconditional love and light that you showered Nato with. The world would be a far more beautiful place. My prayers are with you, your family and Nato during this tragic time. Sincerest and deepest sympathies... Heather

I not only lost my best, once in a lifetime, friend this week.. I lost my brother. He was family by all means other than the same blood in our veins. I can't begin to imagine my life without him. It doesn't seem real I won't be able to wake up and text him every day now. This man was one of the most caring and good hearted people I could have ever met. The amount of outpouring I have received in these 2 short days truly shows how many people he touched in his 26 years which is all he ever wanted to do... make a difference with the people around him. Live on brother and never lose that supid smile while you watch over us. I love you Nato and I'll do my very best to help take care of Mama Rose for you ??

We will all miss you dearly Nato. You had one of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever known. I am going to miss the big hugs you always embraced me with when I saw you and when we parted ways. Always checking your fridge to yell at you to go food shopping, to all the beautiful and amazing meals you’d cook for all of our friends. You will never be forgotten, forever in our hearts. Love you Nato

Dearest Barb, There are no words to express the depth of our sadness for your loss, or our sympathy with your grief. Nato was such a bright light and gentle soul, always ready to share his many gifts with others in a spirit of kindness and joy. Our whole family will miss Nato terribly, and we'll treasure all the times we were able to share with him. It's a tribute to the young man he was that so many family and friends will be with you, to support you with memories that will shine through our sorrow forever. With much love, Ken, Francisca & Clara

Barb, my dear friend, my heart breaks for you. I know Fortunato was the reason you carried on, because of being a Mother to my only child, Kellie. What can I say...I love you, Barb. I remember seeing him at Armstrong's when he had that curly head of hair. God had a reason for taking him but I pray for your broken heart. God gave you an angel for 26 years, may all the good thoughts and memories carry you through this almost impossible time. Your son is so close to you now, he will live on in your heart. Fortunato will never leave you. Whenever you're ready, I'm here for you. God bless you and comfort you and your family. My prayers are with you. You can do this, Barb, let people help you......Renée McCaffrey and daughter, Kellie ??

Nato, I only had the privilege to know you for one short year. It didn't take long though to see how great of a heart you possessed and how much your light and positivity affected those around you. I'll miss losing to you in pool and getting to shake your hand after. I'll always remember your warm smile and friendly embrace every time I'm back at jacks to play. You'll never be forgotten. I wish your family and friends the peace and strength they need to get through these trying times. I feel good knowing you're with us all. Rest in peace my friend, I'll see you again one day

Barb, I'm not sure you'll remember me, but I have held fond memories of you and your family since I was washing dishes and shattering bottles behind the back wall at Fortunato' in 1986. You instilled a work ethic in an awkward kid heading off to Clarion that I hold to this day, and I still think of my time with your family and our old late friend Randy Sluganski often. I never had a chance to meet your son, but I wanted you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and I trust that the comfort of God and those around you will carry you through your tragic loss.

Nato, my fondest memories of you were at the PT Rec Center Skatepark. You were an unbelieveable biker and the nicest kid there with the biggest smile. You liked everyone and they all liked you. And from there you went on to be an unbelieveable artist. You made such a great impression on my brother Grant and me. Rest In Peace Nato. You will be greatly missed by so many of your family and friends. We all have a special angel looking over us now.
