Helen Scorza

Helen Scorza of Bentleyville, beloved widow of Donald Scorza passed away on December 15, 2020. She was the loving mother to Melissa Scorza, Lisa Carter and mother in law to Robert Keffer and Michael Carter. Preceding her in death were her mother and father August and Anne Frameli and sister Mary Ann Bendik.  

She was the owner of The Dance Chateau in Washington which brought her tremendous joy for many years. She was also the Office Manager for Melissa’s Studio of Dance, also located in Washington. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grand puppies. Everyone that knew her also knew that she was one the best cooks on Earth and she so enjoyed sharing her food and baked goods with others. She was known as a loving, kind and generous person.

Helen will be missed by so many as she touched everyone she met. An in person memorial is not permitted at this time, due to the pandemic, however her family will invite friends and family to celebrate her wonderful life as soon as it is safe for all to attend.
