Homer Edward Whiteman, 77, of Washington, PA, passed away on November 15, 2023, with his family by his side.
Edward was born in Washington, PA on December 14, 1945. He was the son of the late Jesse and Homer Whiteman.
Beloved husband of 59 years to Judy Whiteman and loving father of Scott (Jennifer) Whiteman, and Stacey Whiteman, cherished grandfather of Jack (Kira) Whiteman and Will (Maddie Villeneuve) Whiteman. He is also survived by his sister Beverly and was blessed with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Edward was preceded in death by his younger brother Gary (Helen) Whiteman and his brother-in-law Fred.
Edward was a true Renaissance Man who mastered many hobbies such as archery, muzzle loading, carp fishing, golf, tennis, and tournament poker. He was also a member of the Horseshoe Club of Washington County.
All services at the family’s request will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
