J. Paul Wilson, age 92, of Upper St. Clair, formerly of Warren, Ohio, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2021 with his beloved wife by his side.

Born on March 19, 1929, he was the son of the late Elender and Joseph Wilson.

Beloved husband of Beverly Kistler Wilson for over 68 years; loving father of Jennifer Wilson (Patrick) Hewitt; and cherished Poppa of Halle Guilin Hewitt and Carlie Liu Hewitt.

Paul was an avid golfer, and golfed well in to his 80s, shooting his age many times.  He was a Pittsburgh Sports fan, holding Steelers season tickets for many years and a devoted fan to the Penguins.  He was a great baseball player and a man of quiet but deep faith.

Mr. Wilson’s family wishes to the thank the nurses and caregivers on St. Clair Hospital’s 5G wing and the Family Hospice Staff for their kind and compassionate care of our cherished husband, father and Poppa.

A private family burial will take place at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with Full Military Honors.   A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
