James M. Foster

James M. Foster of Scott Township passed away after a brief illness on Thursday, March 7 at the VA at 72 years of age.

Jim is predeceased by his parents, Frank and Doris (Young) Foster, his two children, Brian and Patrick, sister Cindy and brother Tim.

Jim is survived by his sisters Kathy and Mary, both of Washington State, and many nieces and nephews.
He is also survived by his big sister, Patricia Johnson. Jim moved in with Pat 12 years ago and they looked after each other every day. He was a great brother and is already missed a lot. In closing, I just want to say, “Good night brother, I love you.” A sincere and grateful Thank You to the 3 East ICU team and Jill for all of your care and support.

Jim proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era.

Arrangements are being handled by Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care and the burial will be private.
