John A. Phillips, age 65, of Washington, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2024.

Born on September 19, 1958, he was the son of the late Mary and John E. Phillips.

Loving brother of Sandi L. Phillips Miller and the late Patsy (Frank) Logsdon; dear uncle of Lesa A. Baker, Monna R. Logsdon, Jill L. Yagle, Frankie C. Logsdon and the late Bobby A. Miller.

John was an outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting.
