Joyce E. Campbell-Cowan, age 43 of Penn Hills, formerly of McDonald, PA, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. She was born August 26, 1976 in Fairfax, VA. Joyce is survived by her mother Michele (Richard) Lawrence and step-father Milton Saunders; son, Bailey Ross and daughter, Ekaterina Ross; brother, Michael Saunders and her aunt Marilyn Sabo. She was a Pittsburgh Penquins hockey fan. Private arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
