Mary Lou (Rice) Dunmyer, age 67, of Shaler Township passed away peacefully onTuesday, December 26, 2023.

She was born on October 29, 1956 in Stanton Heights to the late Robert and Harriet Rice.

She was the loving mother of Carrie and Thomas. Also survived by Thomas J Dunmyer, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her sister and brother.

Mary Lou was an avid animal lover and cherished time with her family. She especially loved her 4 fur grand pups.

A celebration of life will be held on January 3, 2023 from 2:00-8:00pm at Mary Lou and Carrie’s house on Emma Drive in Shaler Township.

Arrangements entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, Robinson Township.

To the amazing Auntie who always had my back and always encouraged me to do what makes me happy. We were so blessed to have you in our lives and our most recent visit to Pittsburg and you coming to Trent’s graduation made everything better. Until we see you again Auntie Lou!!! Words can’t express the loss to me. Auntie Lou always looked out for me and always still will. Heaven gained an Angel and now the Rice family can all be together again! Love you ❤️ Auntie Lou and you will always forever be in my heart
