Dear Family of Brennan. I send my condolence to you at Brennan’s passing. I met him 25 years ago when our profession brought us together. He was always polite, funny, and professional. A genuine person willing to help people all the time. Brennan was well liked by everyone he met, and made you feel important and welcome.

I will miss Brenny big time. He was and always will be one of my best friends. I first met Brennan when I was in grade school when my sister Cindy Sopher was dating Brennan's brother Tommy. Brennan invited me to his cottage in President where he taught me to water ski, took me bass fishing on the Allegheny, and native rainbow fishing on Porky Creek. He introduced me to all his President friends, Mohnkern, Cropp, Dicky Snyder and more. What fun we had at camp fires and playing on the Allegheny. Brennan along with my other life long buddies, John Russell, Scotty Gustafson, Jon Sterling to name a few, went to high school together where we enjoyed many parties, grouse and pheasant hunting with Jock, and other unmentionable shenanigans. We all will really miss our great and generous friend. God bless Brennan's family and friends. Matt Sopher

Like Breenan, I am an appraiser. I work in Washington County and don’t cover Allegheny County so l always referred my Allegheny County appraisals to Breenan and he always took care of them in a very professional manner. Just a few months ago he called me and thanked me for sending him work. Like others, l was so shocked to read of Brennan’s passing. Like so many, l will miss him too.

I am willing the family and friends of Brennan much peace and love at this time. My memories of Brennan go back to when he was a young guy, growing up in our hometown of Oil City. He had a an outgoing personality with a laugh that made you want to laugh. He always had a story to tell and it was fun to listen to him tell it. I am saddened that he is no longer with us and he will remain a bright spot in my memories.
