It saddens me greatly to hear of Brennan's passing. Really sad! He was a childhood friend that I got along with exceptionally well. Cherish those memories and the last beer I had with him in July of 2010. My prayers go out to his family and friends. It's nice to know that he was the same considerate, compassionate person as an adult that I knew as a child and a young man when we were both finding our way. RIP my friend!

Very sad news indeed. Many fun times as classmates at OCHS and Edinboro U. I was out with Brennan when I met wife and he was in our wedding. Fond memories of pheasant hunting with Brennan (and his dog Jock) and stopping for lunch at Hitlers Kitchen. Our thoughts are with Brennan's family and friends.

So very sorry to hear of Brennan's passing. I knew Brennan through the Appraisal Institute. He was a solid and principled appraiser, a good friend and an excellent person. Please accept my deepest condolences.

I’m so sorry to have learned of the passing of Brennan. We lived next to each other growing up in Oil City. I was always fascinated by the go carts he made for himself and let me ride. He used small scrap pieces left over from the construction of both our homes. This had to be in the early 70’s. He was a great friend who looked after me growing up then. My prayers for him and to his family. He will be missed by all.
