Michael James Bracken, Jr. age 47 of Natrona Heights, PA passed away after a short battle of cancer on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Born on July 22, 1971, he was the son of Frances Tomporoski and Michael James Bracken, Sr. Loving father to Britney Bracken. Cherished grandfather to Charlie Monaghan. Dear brother to Nicki (Brett) Sayles. Loving uncle to Alexis, Jordan and Piper Sayles.

Mike was proud to be sober for 2 and a half years and enjoyed helping others maintain their sobriety. He enjoyed fishing and cherished his time spent with his daughter and grandson. Mike was also a hard worker and loved spending time with his friends.

At the family’s request, all services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.

I like to send my condolences and prayers towards the family I went to go see my dear friend Mike in the hospital I spent about an hour with him I could say that I met a real good guy who went out of his way with his friend Shelly last year to come see me when I was at the hospital I work with him as he trained me to do mornings at Ponderosa I'm saddened by this but I know that he is in a better place God is with him and all the angels as well. I'm very sorry for your loss, Mike was like a brother to me, he was my first ever hire as a manager. He made me proud as a manager and a friend, staying sober was his goal and he was so proud as was I. Everyday while I was pregnant Mike brought me in kit kats the king size and I always got s good morning have a good day text when we didnt work together, I'll miss you so much my friend, till we meet again love you brother
