Paula Salamon, age 78 passed away on December 1, 2020. Paula is the caring mother of Michael Salamon and Amie Chulak (Charlie) and the proud grandmother of  Madelyne and Avery Chulak. She is the daughter of Max and Elizabeth Shriber. Paula was at heart, always a people person who put her job of being a parent above everything else. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Education, she taught elementary education before the birth of her children. In her spare time, she became a Docent at the Carnegie Museum of Art, but after her children became old enough to stay home alone, she became a successful small business owner of clothing and jewelry for more than 20 years  and always took great pride in being a business person. It was her people skills that made her successful. Her family has chosen to celebrate her life in a private ceremony.

Donations can made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, 2835 E Carson St Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
