Richard J. Lesnak of Ohio Township passed away on January 7, 2024 at the age of 86. He was born and proudly raised in Donora, PA and was the son of the late Victor and Louise (Grazzini) Lesnak and the brother of the late James.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife Eleanor; his sons Patrick (late Beth), Daniel (Elaine), Michael (Lorie), and Matthew; and his cherished grandchildren Alexandra (Carlos), Derek, Justin, Billy, Jonathan, and Scott.
He was a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh. Richard touched many lives as a passionate mathematics professor at Robert Morris University for 40 years and later at Community College of Allegheny County. He was also Robert Morris’s first Athletic Director. He was an avid sports fan and a former member of Diamond Run Golf Club.
