Thomas Lee Council, age 71 of Pittsburgh, PA passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Born June 29, 1946, he is the son of the late Blanche Isiah and Malichiah Council. Loving father of Thershawn Opia Council, Thomas Lee Council, Jr., and Leeth Lebau Council. Dear grandfather of Shawnter, Ashalay, Terlayshaw, Terrance, Kailey, Tytiona, Destiny, Deashaun, Trey, Angel, Leeth Jr., Eva, Kaydance, Knox, Alaina and Maliciah. Thomas was predeceased in death by his brother, Roland step-dad Samuel Isiah.

Thomas enjoyed fishing, bingo, poker, horseback riding, the shooting range and arts and crafts. He enjoyed music, watching movies and hanging out family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
