William G. Vactor, age 93 of Cecil, PA formerly of Canonsburg, PA passed away on February 20, 2021. Born on July 6, 1927, he was the son of the late Matilda (Wormsley) and James Vactor. Beloved husband to Elizabeth Wheeler Vactor for 50 years. Loving father to Bonnie (Charles) Gambino. Cherished Pap to Jacob Gambino. Loving brother to Margaret “Peggy” Vactor of Florida. William was survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, James, George, and Harry Vactor, Lucille Murphy and Mildred Veale.

William proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church where he was a part of the men’s choir. He loved to roller skate, golf and bowl. William will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

All services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.
