William “Bill” Oswald

William “Bill” Oswald, age 80, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2018. He was born on June 2, 1937 in Pittsburgh.

Beloved husband of the late Michele Oswald. Son of the late Ann and Earl Oswald. Loving father to Josh (Emily) Oswald and Jessica (Danilo) Policarpio. Doting grandfather to Isabel, Madeline, Martin, and Cecelia. Cherished cousin to George (Barbara) Machesky, Joe (Denise) Machesky, Paul (Debbie) Machesky, Ron and Debbie Bobnes, and Mary Ann and Larry Lejune.

Bill enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed sailing. He was a member of the Library Sportsmen’s Club. His hobbies included woodworking, gardening, and riding his motorcycle. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Friends and family are welcome on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA, 15317 from 11am-1pm with a service immediately to follow.
